Direct billing is available, and our team is happy to help families understand their benefits and what to expect before treatment begins. Since coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, we recommend confirming details such as deductibles, co-pays, and covered treatments directly with your insurance provider. We can also provide estimates and help answer general insurance questions so you feel informed and prepared.

Please note: Riverdale Pediatric Dentistry does not accept Medicaid or HMO plans, does not offer in-house payment plans, and does not provide new patient specials.

Dental insurance plans differ in what they cover, especially for preventive versus restorative procedures. Preventive treatments such as exams, cleanings, fluoride, and sealants are often covered at a higher percentage. Before beginning treatment, we will:

• Review recommended procedures
• Provide a cost estimate
• Explain what insurance may cover
• Answer any questions you may have

We believe families should feel fully informed before making decisions about their child’s care.

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Our team can provide a detailed receipt for your records.
